Lazarus Dias has to his credit over 25 years experience in Sales, Marketing and Finance domain, and has been associated with organizations like Birla Sun life Insurance, Max Life, HDFC life, Aviva Life, Magic Holidays, Union Bank, Hindustan Unilever, IDBI Federal, Kotak life insurance etc. Training was never in his mind but having been highly successful in sales and marketing, had to speak at various forums to share and educate peers in his industry and this led to the birth of an Educational institute - Laazarus Dias Education Akademy Pvt Ltd around 15 years ago.
A highly committed and positive person, he believes in walking the talk. He is a Certified Life & Spiritual Master Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
He has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA - Finance), and is armed with various certifications in the Insurance and finance domain. He has done his CIS certificate in Insurance sales, CPFA Certified Personal Financial Advisor, RFC (USA) Registered Financial Consultant.
He conducts open programs some of which have a duration of two days and some spanning over three years to inculcate good habits, mindset realignment, Work-Life Balance, Stress Resolution, Financial Management and also caters to Corporates with customized solutions for the development of the employees which focuses on Coaching and Mentoring, Leadership skills, Communication skills and other People Management Soft skills. He is also a keynote speaker in many forums for Motivational Pep talks.
He has authored four books on Finance whose titles are as follows

Being a student of psychology he is able to work on mindset and attitudinal changes as he believes that the attitude makes for the maximum impact on a person’s life. Lazarus Dias has a very emotional story to tell of his meteoric rise from rags to riches which inspires any person who is struggling in his life. Coming from a very humble background, today Lazarus boasts of a beautiful Lodha apartment and a very spacious Lodha office both owned by him.
