S.B. SRINIVASA CHARY

Shri SESHA BHATTAR SREENIVASA CHARY was born on 18/06/1959 in a traditional family of Andhra Pradesh. He did his schooling in the peripheral towns of Hyderabad. From his childhood, he had a passion towards social service and as such after his graduation he did his LL.B. and also a Higher Diploma in Cooperatives (HDC).

In his early twenties Mr. Chary worked with the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the Department of Panchayat Raj and with some Cooperatives. He took active role in local politics and was involved in several elections as a successful and strategic planner for the victory of the candidate he worked for.

  • Mr. Chary joined Life Insurance Corporation in the year 1986. He is a Chairman?s Club Member from Hyderabad City, A highly successful Chief Life Insurance Agent (CLIA), a Wealth Manager and Empowered Agent of LIC of India. He is highly professional in his business and imparts training to fellow Agents as often as he could.
  • Mr. Sreenivasa Chary performed a very long and fruitful journey in LIAFI. He had the opportunity of understanding and tackling gross root problems of Branch, Division and Zone prior to becoming LIAFI President.

  

  • His first service to LIAFI started from his own branch Association wherein he worked as Treasurer. For the next term he was elevated as Secretary of the Branch LIAA. His meticulous Association activities at Branch Association saw him as General Secretary of Hyderabad Divisional Council for the next two terms. 

  • His dedicated efforts towards the Agents? cause once again resulted into his being the Resident Secretary of South Central Zonal Council of LIAFI in which position he served for two consecutive terms of 3 years each. During this period itself, LIAFI made him the Chairman of ?The Club Member Rules Review Committee? and he did a wonderful job by submitting most comprehensive report to LIAFI in consultation with several Agents across the country within the given time. In view of his profound insight into Agents? Regulations and other allied matters, Mr. Chary was also involved by the National Council in several All India Joint Consultative Committee Meets. 

  • A voracious reader, a staunch believer in collective strengths and efforts to get results for collective purpose, backed up with his crisp argumentative abilities yet a soft spoken man, Mr. Chary could give a tough fight to the opponent. 
  • Finally on 8th February 2009, at Delhi the General Body of LIAFI at the National Level recognised his mettle and crowned him as President for the next 3 years term. Those who know Mr. Sreenivasa Chary?s commitment already know that he will emerge out as a great champion in fulfilling his duties.
