Head, Centre of Excellence: Distribution, at Cigna International Markets

Alexander has over 15 years’ experience in leading firms of the Life and Health Insurance Industry, in Distribution and Customer Centricity roles. Experience spans across the globe, from East to West, and across the full spectrum of market maturity, from Emerging to Developed.

Alexander’s focus has been developing, adapting and sharing customer-centric Distribution Best Practice, utilizing all distribution channels and partnering with a variety of industries, to create solutions that emphasize real value, high relevance, transparency and respect to consumers and partners.

For the last three and a half years he was worked for Cigna International Markets, based out of Hong Kong. He currently leads the Organization’s Distribution Centre of Excellence. In this role, Alexander drives Cigna’s “Sales Excellence” strategy, across all channels, in the spirit of holistic/integrated distribution.

Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford in the UK.He is married and has a son.
