Anil Jha joined LIC OF INDIA on 1st September’1986 as
Development Officer in Mumbai and became SBA in 2009. He is he 1st SBA to have
successfully recruited and managed team of agents at Pune and Delhi also. He is
also the 1st SBA who exhausted the upper limit for recruitment of agents
outside his headquarter (Mumbai), not once but twice. He has helped agents earn
from Zero to Rs 3 Crore commission in just 6 years’ time through sustainable
business model and not through windfall gains. At the moment he has 5 Corporate
club and 3 Galaxy club members in his team. In 2020, he had 11 MDRT, 6 COT and
One TOT qualifier in Team ANIL JHA, SBA
We have Trained over 20000 Advisors in Financial Services,
Distribution & Sales. He also has the honour of delivering lectures to SBM,
Manager (Sales), Chief Manager (CM) and Marketing Manager’s (MM’s) at MDC,
Mumbai. His strategic sales techniques are discussed as a case study at ISB,
Hyderabad. He has rich knowledge of various Asset class such as Gold, Real
Estate, Equity, Debt, crypto etc….and hence you can expect him to give you
personal advice also. He has also successfully invested in Food Start up, which
is now worth 2 billion INR.
