Mr B.Jayaraman, holds Master's Degrees in Chemistry and Marketing Managemet from Mumbai University. He also holds post graduate diplomas in Industrial Management, Statistical Quality Control & Operations Research. He is a certified teacher of Quality education system of Phil Crossby Institute U.S.A.

B.Jayaraman started his carrer as a "Chemist" at Johnson & Johnson and after holding a series of positions of increasing responsibility retired from J&J  as "Operations Manager" in charge of one of its contract manufacturing locations after 38 years of service.

Mr Jayaraman is inherently spiritual and enriched his spiritual

knowledge by reading a lot of books on a wide variety of subjects and listening to lectures of eminent scholors in different fields.

Mr Jayaraman has frequently given lectures on various forums on "

Quality management, Leadership,  Motivational, inspirational and

spiritual topics".  Invariably he blends spirituality even in his

lectures on management to make them more meaningful and and easy to understand.

He is blessed with a powerful message from his Guru namely "Viswa Prem" which is his guiding spirit

for all his interactions in Society.
