Dr. H. C. Dhingra has joined Oriental Insurance Company as Asst. Administrative Officer in 1984 and posted in Udaipur. In 1986 he took lead to open a Branch office in Matsya Industrial Area-Alwar in 1994. Dr. Dhingra headed Bikaner Branch very successfully resulted in immediate promotion as Divisional Manager in Jodhpur and then Senior Divisional Manger in Jaipur in the year 2000.

His success journey then brought him on the post of Deputy Regional Manager in Jaipur Regional office. He was then promoted as Regional Manager in MROII Mumbai in October 2007 and recently as Chief Regional Manager with Jaipur Regional office.

Dr. Dhingra is so disciplined and loyal in his duties that he has never missed any promotion. He is a cause for a tie up of Oriental Insurance Co. with Bank of Rajasthan for underwriting their entire Insurance requirements. He has planned and implemented rural Insurance, settled maximum MACT claims.

Dr. Dhingra is well known for marketing, Technical, Administration and communication skill. It is proved in Mumbai R.O. II by getting 34 crores of premiums for HCL under specially designed Mediclaim Insurance.
