Kavita strongly believes that - Life is not a single road journey but a continuous enlightening expedition of discovering one’s infinite potential. Continuous enhancement of the inner being and outer personality is mandatory to achieve peak performance. Scaling one peak only spurs you to scale the wuthering height of the next and the next and the next.

Subsequent to gaining rich experience as a lecturer and a media artist, she stepped into the world of training more than a decade ago and trained numerous participants at various levels in Accent Enhancement and Soft Skills. While conducting these, she discovered her yen for bringing out the best in people and graduated to doing Behavioural and Train the Trainer programs. 

A certified trainer in Experiential Learning, Kavita’s programs are based on the principle, ‘Learning is memorable only if it is delightful’. She has trained more than 10,000 professionals ranging from middle to top level management spread across various locations and a cross section of diverse industries. Her continuous endeavour is to make the training an intrinsic part of one’s personality so that the life-changing results are effective and lasting.  

Driven by her strong passion for people and a fire in her belly to make a difference in their lives, she went on to doing one-on-one coaching using powerful tools like NLP and EFT. Her ambition is to empower individuals to discover their latent excellence and use it to achieve happiness, success, overall well-being and satisfaction. As an EFT Practitioner, Kavita has been instrumental in healing clients with chronic and serious physical and emotional issues.
