The 40 year old MA graduate joined as agent in 1999. With hard work and determination, he secured a large number of policies.

He is adding more than 200 policy holders every year, concentrating on the aspect that “all children of a customer  must be covered” and looking for high-end customers. 

Mr. Venkateswara Rao credited his continuous success and all India No. 1 rank for the 2012-13 financial year to the policy holders. He had collected13.01 crore first premium income to take the country’s top honour.
