William was born in the city ofDublin
His sales career began in 1988 with Abbey Life as a Sales Consultant; after four years he became a founding partner with J. Rothschild Assurance and during the next seven years built a successful business selling predominately to the corporate market.

v Freelance Coach & Sales Trainer, delivering bespoke and in-house training, to national and multi – national companies.
v Sales & Marketing Director with Lakeparkes Ltd (Uk).
v Regional Director with AIG insurance company.
v General Manager with First Advice, a national independent mortgage broker.
William believes in:
The key to managing, training and coaching sales people is the ability to deliver at all levels, the where, what, how and why.
He has designed and delivered the courses like -
The Referral Machine, Give me an Objection, Value Based Selling, The 80/20 Rule, The Science of Communication, Don’t Save Time - Spend it, The True USP, Selling with NLP, Sales Management, Sales and Marketing, Hypnotic Selling and many others.
Throughout his life he has developed many interests which include the Art and Science of human communication, politics, writing, acting, radio broadcaster, sportsman, and naturalist. Also a main platform speaker for the LIA conference.
He currently presents a week-end breakfast show on a local commercial radio station and in between things he is involved in building a nature trail in his village as he is a great lover of life.
