The 28^th Annual Convention of LIRT has come to reality at this most happening, fastest developing, Eastern Costal City of India, VISAKHAPATNAM. 

“A NEW BEGINNING” as aptly en titled, the theme of the Convention in itself has so much to say.  The evolving world each minute throws out something new to learn and adapt. 

At the outset, I tender my humble respect to PAPAJI, the founder of LIRT but for whom none of us would have been here today and had 27 most valuable Conventions in the past which have shaped us all to this stage in our profession. 

I take immense pleasure in extending a warm welcome to all the Delegates, our Most Honourable Speakers, Distinguished Panelists on Panel Discussions, Past Presidents, Executive Committee and Leaders of Different Zones of LIRT, our esteemed Sponsors and all other participants in different capacities. 

A Convention of this nature has to be outcome of several committed organisers. From the time we all have departed in September 2014 in Jaipur, efforts were on to shape up the LIRT’S 28^th Convention. 

Our speakers in this Convention are of World Class.  At the end of 3 Days from today, I’m sure all of us would be enriched with so many learnings far beyond from what we would from any other Convention. 

We welcome with folded hands Poojya Swami SUKHABODHANANDA JI, the Corporate Guru of India well known to the entire world.  While being so busy travelling all over the Globe all the time, you would be amazed to know that he has written over 110 books so far. More often than not, some of us tend to go into an eloquent speech instead of asking a question. Whether we are with a client or in a conference of this nature it is important to ask for the right question.  We have Mr Rajesh Sahane who will elucidate on "Art of Asking Questions"

And we will be having the brainstorming Sales Idea Discussions and Presentations by representatives of our own group.  The next three days throw upon us a world of opportunity to learn from one another.  As the adage goes “MUKHE MUKHE SARASWATHI” Every one of us has something to learn from everyone else.  Thus the next three days are going to be placing before us a world of knowledge... It is up to us to take whatever best is possible and make this a “New Beginning”.
